Very disappointing experience. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. What stood out most was the service — the staff, especially the young women, were quite rude and inattentive. They were more focused on chatting and being on their phones than serving customers. They were sitting on the countertop eating, drinking and talking even while the customers were still waiting. I have never seen that in a restaurant before. There were also some communication issues. Even after mentioning that we preferred English, we were repeatedly addressed in Swedish. When we asked for one English menu, all menus at the table were replaced. This shows they don’t pay attention. They were in a big hurry to take our plates after the appetisers, actually I couldn’t even properly finish. We had to wait a long time just to get the bill, even after trying to get their attention. The best of Jönköping! Went on a trip in Jönköping and once we went to Ciro, we didn’t want to go anywhere else anymore. So we went there for 3 days in a row. Couldn’t get enough of it! Very good service and very tasteful dishes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: kr 400–500
