There is no sign outside, and the place looked closed from the street. However, we decided to check and found it was actually open. It’s a very small cafe that feels more like a bar, but since they serve desserts, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it took 50 minutes to receive two drinks and one dessert, even though no one else was waiting for an order. A 50-minute wait is unacceptable unless the customer is warned in advance. While the quality was okay, it certainly didn't justify the wait. To make matters worse, they only accepted cash, and we were shortchanged by ¥1,000. We had to point the error out to the staff, who apologized and gave us the correct change, but no receipt was provided. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
