we used the disabled entrance as my mum was in an electric wheelchair, the hotel wouldn't let us in until I revealed my booking to them, our room was re-allocated to the bottom floor because the lifts weren't level access (the were 2 or 3 steps to them), the TV didn't work and was "audio only", the TV guide didn't have the proper channels anyway, the window only opened slightly and for 3 of us it was too warm. Breakfast was good, the staff were reasonably polite and professional.

Good price and ok for a budget hotel. The AC doesn't get very cold and the TV didn't work. The bathroom door is just a sliding door that doesn't lock or even close all the way. There is no seal at all, in fact there is a huge gap, so it's good for people who are comfortable seeing and hearing everything their partner is doing in the bathroom.

The Corner London City I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed! The atmosphere is super cute and cozy, and the location is incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the hotel is spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was very good and gave me the perfect start to the day. I also highly recommend the restaurant: after a long day of walking around London, it was so nice to have dinner right there without having to head out again. The menu is very varied and the food quality is excellent. A special shout-out to the staff—everyone was so lovely, especially Adnana. Her kindness and friendly personality made my stay even better! I also really appreciated their eco-friendly philosophy. It’s a truly "green" hotel that genuinely cares about the environment, which is a huge plus these days.
