First time here after seeing the great reviews and was disappointed by the beef patties. The patty dough/pastry shells were good & flaky, spice was great, but the beef filling tasted dry and lacked flavour. I hate to say this but compared to other places, the beef filling from Patties Express chain taste much better. City Patties service was excellent though! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
