A disastrous experience. It's been a long time since I've been here, and now I understand why. My instinct had to warn me... We wanted to eat good meat, and I said to my wife: “Here, they make good flank steaks and good fries!” What a disappointment. As soon as I saw the prices, I had a bad feeling: 20 euros for a bib? A real scam. Finally, my wife opted for an XXL steak. Result: poorly cooked meat, served barely warm, even though we had explicitly requested rare cooking. The fries were tasteless and arrived cold. For my part, I made the mistake of having a pizza: a disaster. It looked like an industrial pizza, probably frozen. The dough was tough, and the ingredients had no flavor. All this for 15 euros: it’s shameful. The bill, for its part, was scandalously high for such poor quality. Sure, the waiter wasn't particularly rude, but he wasn't warm either. We wonder if some employees are not under the influence of substances, given their attitude. In summary: a real tourist trap, like most of the restaurants in this place. This one used to be one of the few that was correct. Today he has fallen very low. A shame. I absolutely do not recommend. Coming with family this afternoon, I rarely share opinions, but for La Civette, I wanted to do so because it was a very nice experience: really very good food, very very reasonable prices, impeccable service.
