I’m from Spain, and this was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been away from Spain for more than two years, and the combination of jamón serrano, olive oil, and asparagus instantly transported me back home. It was such a comforting and emotional experience, and you can really feel the quality and care in the food. Thank you so much for this amazing meal — I truly loved it and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

The BEST breakfast in Kyoto. Everything is so carefully prepared and the ambiance was calm & cozy. We ordered the omelette + bacon + avocado + baguette our first time there & on our second time we ordered the French toast (out of this world). We’re definitely coming back on our next trip to Kyoto! Cizool was incredible — the place was cozy, the food fresh and perfect. The cook handled every plate with such care, love, and precision, like the soft jazz playing in the background. Best breakfast I’ve had in Japan and dare to say in my life. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
