That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked crab cakes, mushroom soup and fried prawns. The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is nice. If you want to enjoy good service, you should go to Cj's. From the visitors' point of view, prices are fair. You will definitely appreciate the spectacular atmosphere and homey decor.

FUCK CJ's Restaurant!!! If I could give them zero stars...I would. I have been living in this Owings Mills-Reisterstown area for over twenty years now. Cj's Restaurant use to be my go-to place to eat and drink. The quality of food and service was extremely good. However, I would say for the last five years Cj's has gone to shit. First off a couple of the women that work there are extremely rude and nasty. You call to attempt to place an order and you have this rude fast talking woman talking to you over the phone. The food is not that great anymore. Bland as hell. Today I called around 11:46am to see if I could reserve some crabs. Granted it's Memorial Day and I wasn't really expecting them to have any crabs. This rude woman picks of the phone yelling "We won't have any crabs until 4pm!" and she hangs up on me. I called back at exactly 4:01pm to reserve my crabs. The same rude woman answers the phone stating that they're all sold out. I asked how? I went on to explain when I initially called at 11:46am she informed me that they wouldn't have any crabs until 4pm. She yells " I will tell you how we sold out!" She went on to explain that the truck came in an hour earlier than expected and the crabs were sold out. Okay that's no problem and that's fine, but why do you have to talk so mean and nasty? From this point on, I will NEVER patronize Cj's Restaurant. You don't talk to customers in that manner. If I give you respect...give it back to me. For those of you looking for good crabs and good customer service checkout Captain Dan's located in Eldersburg, MD.

I sure hope you like your crab soup with NO crab meat! Ordered Cream of Crab Soup and was very disappointed!
I let our waitress know there was almost no crab meat in the soup at all! Her ridiculous response to me was the chef always makes it this way and that she would bring me out crab meat to put in my soup for an Additional $2.75. As a native Baltimorean and lover of Cream of Crab Soup for many years I’ve never had a seafood restaurant bring me their soup with NO Crabmeat in it and then offer to put crabmeat in it for an Additional $2.75!!! What a Ripoff!!!
All Cream & No Crab!!! Would not recommend a MD seafood restaurant that serves Cream of Crab minus the crab meat!
