Rice and fries are so good hence the 2 stars. With that said their chicken is super dry and overcooked. It tasted like yesterday’s chicken. The ribs had no meat on it and burnt. I love shrimp and garlic but THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR SHRIMP. All of the sand and bits were showing through and some pieces opened where it came out into the sauce. It was so awful and overcooked as well like biting into an uncooked mozzarella stick. They reminded me why I haven’t been there in years. I rather drive 30 mins to Union or Kenilworth to get what I feel I paid for. More than half the food wasted cuz it was that unbearable. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Place isnt as good as it was. Also the girl at the front added her own 40 percent tip to my card when I was taking out. Good to know you have people like that working there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clark bar b que has delicious ribs and chicken combo .. and many other meals . But ull never leave hungry with a combo. Thank you. Manny !! And Amanda !! Service is fast too.
