Lined up for 30 minutes plus, ** it was Good Friday, I get it, it is very Busy. Waited another 30 minutes for the food, ** it was Good Friday, I get it, it is very Busy. BUT, when I picked up the food, 3 individual orders, I checked the bag, counted 3 and mentioned the Coleslaw was missing. She took the bag and came back with it and another small bag, Coleslaw, and off I went, with a pleasant, " thank you". When I got home, only 2 orders, and the Coleslaw. GOOD FRIDAY DINNER WAS RUINED !!! Tried a phone call Friday, nothing. Tried a phone call Saturday ( after 4 ), nothing. I will Never go back to Clarkson Fish and Chips. We are Human, we make Mistakes, but this was at the wrong time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clarkson Fish & Chips has become the only fish and chips in the Clarkson area that I trust.The location itself is always a full house in certain hours of the day which speaks volumes on local ratings of the place. Also the pricing is very reasonable compared to other competitors by a mile! Staff are always friendly, talkative, and welcoming.The fish itself is always made fresh and not super oily which is a plus from most fish and chips we have consumed. Just a claustrophobic feeling when waiting in line when busy.Would recommend, but look to come in on non-peak hours unless you're okay with waiting 30+ minutes!
