Mixed quality in the food but nothing bad at all. Top ones really good and bottom absolutely ok but not more. Lack a bit in attention from the staff, had to call out after a while to be able to order. Fantastic atmosphere so worth a sit down with a meal.

Absolutely avoid this restaurant. This was, without question, the worst dining experience we had in Italy. The food was shocking—poor quality, badly cooked, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from an Italian restaurant. Every part of the meal was disappointing and certainly not worth the money. What made the experience completely unacceptable, however, was the behaviour of the staff. They were incredibly rude from the moment we raised our concerns. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, they became aggressive, swore at us, and behaved in a threatening and intimidating manner. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated like that. The level of customer service was non-existent. There was no apology, no attempt to put things right, and no professionalism whatsoever. It turned what should have been an enjoyable meal into a genuinely unpleasant experience. Italy is full of amazing restaurants serving incredible food with welcoming, friendly staff. Don’t waste your time or money here when there are so many far better places to eat. This restaurant was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and the owners seriously need to address both the quality of the food and the shocking behaviour of their staff. One of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We would never return and would strongly advise others to stay well away.

Where to start Located on the lakeside, the Room had a view from the best position, viewing the riva and lakeside of a beautiful small town, Lasize Pool, and the poolside was clean and relaxing. One of the best things was the staff. They were working like bees, knowledgeable and ready to help and assist. Polite and available like a true team Always with a smile on the face and a recommendation to make One of the biggest bonuses was the long line at the restaurant. That made me wonder and by making a reservation it all came as is. The food, the service, the whole atmosphere. As a manager in a 5-plus-star hotel Honestly guys, thank you for your great work. Concierge I forgot his name But he was a true helper. Thank you Classique team You made our holidays a true relaxing dream. Service: 5
