We had lunch at Clavature because we wanted a tortellini in broth. Well... it was spot on... we ate above expectations... the platter with tigelle and local cured meats was excellent... I won't forget the tortellino. The only flaw The coffee is so-so... A cool store I found in a pretty alley. I saw that there were no customers at the outdoor tables, so I looked and saw that there were many tables inside the restaurant. The mushroom cream torttileni and Bolognese spaghetti were delicious and not too salty. If you want to eat dumplings, you should eat tortileni. The crispy bread of the bruschetta had a great texture, and although there was little basil, it was refreshing. I was in Bologna on Tuesday with some friends to visit the city, time and time again, it was time for lunch. Among the streets we saw this restaurant and went in. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and balanzoni. At the end of lunch we ordered a chocolate cake. What can I say all very good. Bologna is the city of mortadella and it couldn't be otherwise.
