Very Poor Customer Service. I ordered 3 dozen petite fours from Clayborn's Baker for my daughter's graduation brunch on 5/9/2015 and did not recieve them until 4 hours after the event. I called on 5/4/2015 to pay and comfirm my order at Clayborn's Bakery and was told that they had already closed their registers and suggested that I call back the next day, so on 5/5/2015 I called back placed my order and paid and asked if they could deliver to the brunch location and they stated yes for a fee of 20 dollars so I accepted. I called back on 5/7/2015 to reconfirm order and asked if I could pick them up on Friday 5/8/2015 instead of having them delivered, because I would be in town that afternoon and they stated that they would not be ready until Saturday 5/9/2015 and that they would be delivered at the brunch location at 11:00 am. At 10:00am I recieved a call from the event coordinator stating that the petite fours had not arrived, I responded to her by saying no worries they will deliver at 11:00am the Brunch was to start at 1:00pm. I arrived a few minutes late because of traffic and to my disbelief the petite fours had not been belivered. I immediately called and recieved no response nor did anyone from Clayborn contact me. The event coordinator had extra cupcakes they provided for dessert which were ok but not what I had planned for our once in a life time event. Around 4:00pm that afternoon as I was driving back to Knoxville TN, I recieved a call from the event coordinator stating that the petite fours had arrived three hours. The explaination I was given by the owner was I got busy and forgot. My husband's family was born in Lebanon TN and I will make sure this story is told at every social and family event. I'm very disappointed in service I recieved. Rice-Dirkson
