Hey Tracey, I'm sorry you were disappointed in your juice. Our juices are 12oz served in a 16oz cup so there is 4oz of ice in your drink. You can request no ice or a 16oz juice with no ice in the future. Our products are a little bit pricey because we are 100% organic. Everything we purchase and sell to our customers are USDA Certified Organic. I really hope you give us another chance. If you download our app you can save some money on purchases. Great healthy option in Charleston! While visiting Charleston, we enjoyed a little too much of the local cocktails and was desperately in need of a clean juice the following morning.This did the trick! Staff were super friendly and made some great suggestions! The pricing is in line with similar places. The smoothies and food looked really good too! This place did not disappoint and we will definitely be back!
