I go to this coffee shop every weekday morning, I am greeted with a friendly welcoming smile and outstanding customer service as well as reasonably priced food and drink

So far, this has been my worst experience while travelling to Belfast. On some days, there is a wonderfully sweet girl who works behind the counter and other days, there's a terrible one with platinum hair. I keep going back for the good employees, but next time I'll walk out if the rude one is there again. There's PLENTY of other coffee shops around the location to put up with being made fun of. If she hates her job and her customers that much, Clements needs to be aware.
