Renata provided one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bar. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in. Her drink recommendations were perfect, and you can tell she truly knows her craft. Even during busy moments, she stayed professional, upbeat, and made sure every customer was taken care of. Great energy, amazing service, and an overall awesome personality — Renata is the kind of bartender that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend! Service: 5

The front desk employee, Michelle, was incredible! She provided exceptional customer service toward our family during our three day stay. She provided us with water bottles, beach towels, bikes, a cocktail, and more. She worked with our schedule on the front and back end of our cruise. The location was perfect to walk out the door the beach, restaurants and activities. We were worried about the party atmosphere outside impacting our sleep, but it didn’t at all. Would definitely recommend. Service: 5

A lovely hotel and great location. Michelle is excellent, a rare gem, provided top quality service - very warm, kind, helpful, customer-focused and friendly. She made me feel welcome every day during my stay. I went on a bus and boat tour of Miami Beach and Michelle arranged my pick up and went above and beyond to show me where to wait for the bus. She provided me with information on the hotel facilities and how to get around Miami Beach. I really enjoyed my stay. Joel, the manager is a gem - his customer service is excellent. He is warm, compassionate and very customer-focused and friendly. I had an initial hiccup on arrival and he resolved the matter immediately and provided top quality customer service. Joseph, Max, are also excellent and provided great customer services, information and guide. The hotel is very clean, my room very clean and comfortable, with a good view of the pool, bar and ocean. The music is fantastic throughout the day and night until 'close of play'; approx mid- night and a bit later on weekends. Very therapeutic holiday away - my birthday treat. The Clevelander South Beach Hotel is the place to go. All the staff there are so welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next vacation in Miami Beach as it is a great place and I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.
