I ordered at 5.45pm for a 7pm delivery. At 7.15pm, still no food. Called the restaurant to be told the driver is on the way. At 7.25pm, I get a call from the driver to say he will still be 30 mins as he has other orders to deliver first. So that means, we will not get our food until 8pm! (Over 2 hours from ordering and an hour later than the delivery time). Not happy.
