It's worth visiting this bar for nicely cooked crab legs and good chicken. This place is known for delicious wine. The warm atmosphere of Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge and Bistro makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. The staff is accommodating that's what makes this place so nice. Most people mention that the service is terrific. This spot scored 4.6 in the Google rating system.

I do love coming to cloud 9 on Thursdays but last night, November 2nd 2023, the “security” at the back door was extremely RUDE. We were instructed to leave out of the back door by another employee since the main door was locked. As we were walking out he yelled at us saying “get out, hurry up get out”. I felt offended which resulted in exchange of words. This is no way to treat paying customers and it is unacceptable for a man who works there to speak to women in that manner! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
