The cosy atmosphere of Cloud 9 Bar and Grill makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Not a gay bar. Instead of finding a beautiful lady to chat with, I ended up talking to a guy that seems like the rapy type. I'd say it's like a redneck bar Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
