Hi Dina, I apologize that you do not think our prices are fair. Our prices include ice cream, cereal, one topping and unlimited drizzles. We upcharge $0.50 per additional topping. We also charge slightly more on online delivery platforms just like most other restaurants. We calculate our prices based on a percentage of what it costs to make and we use name brand products. Hi Lindsey, I apologize for your experience tonight. I see your pictures and you are 100% right, the execution on your order is very poor. Your large cup should’ve been filled to the top. I am addressing this with my staff who worked this evening immediately to ensure this won’t happen again.
