Had the surf and turf New York cut with garlic prawns. The steak was inedible, first bite I chewed for 2 minutes couldn’t over come the chewiness. The second bite was the same. No issues with that as sometime you get a bad cut of meat. The issue is why am I paying full price for something you can’t eat. Disappointed with the customer service. But Ingyess this a ln RSL after all.
