I took a business associate, plus one other, for dinner at 'Club A Steakhouse' when in New York and the whole experience was first class. The ambience and greeting on arrival was great, as was the decor and vibe. A great menu with some top quality dishes to choose from and impeccable service from our waiter. I was also impressed by the fact that the restaurant owner, Bruno, was in the restaurant talking to, and serving, guests... A nice touch that was appreciated, a very lovely man and one that deserves to have a successful restaurant such as Club A. I had the Shrimp Cocktail, the NY Strip, with sides of Broccoli, Creamed Spinach and Onion Rings, shared with my dining partners who both had the Chilean Seabass. Everything was delicious and to a very high standard. We did not order dessert but Bruno presented us with a dessert sampler platter and all of the desserts were amazing. The costs for the meal was US$294 (including tax but before tip) which was reasonable compared to other American Fine Dining Steakhouses I have eaten in over the years. I can't recommend 'Club A' highly enough and I take my hat off to Bruno and his whole team for providing such great ambience, service and food. Thank You.
