Very disappointing birthday experience—not worth the price. We chose Prive to celebrate my daughter's 29th birthday, but unfortunately, the entire evening was a major disappointment. We had a 7:15 PM reservation and ordered promptly, but our food didn't arrive until 50 minutes later. The quality of the food was unacceptable for the price: Lobster Ravioli: Ordered with explicit instructions for no parmesan cheese. It arrived covered in cheese, and waiting for a replacement took another 10 minutes. Lamb Chops: Extremely tough, over-charred, and completely missing the advertised spinach and chimichurri. Blackened Chicken: Sliced so thin that it was completely dry and virtually inedible. Salad: Served warm and unappetizing. We ended up leaving most of our meals unfinished. I rarely leave negative reviews, but given the high price point of this establishment, the lack of quality and attention to detail was completely unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard for a special occasion. My husband and I was there this evening for my birthday we were very excited to try this restaurant. When we first got there we were very impressed with the setting not so much the music not so much don't get me wrong it wasn't loud or anything my husband and I could carry on a conversation . Our server was okay at first, but my husband had to ask to have his drink corrected and she did. Brighter salads out I ordered house my husband ordered Caesars they brought him a house instead by the time she came back we were hungry so my husband brought it to her attention and that was th husband ordered the strip, I ordered the filet we didn't want with potatoes so we asked for the roasted potatoes they were so bland no taste at all we had to ask for salt and pepper. They look like burnt pieces of charcoal are steaks were cooked correctly but honestly they were not very seasoned. Are waitress asked us as soon as she give us our food how is everything. We hadn't even cut into our steaks yet. She did not check on us she had three tables. I guess I'm just disappointed that I would have liked to had a better birthday dinner. Before we received our check my husband did tell her that we were not pleased at all she just kept walking away didn't even address it okay that's fine we asked for our check and we brought the rest of the steak home for our dog. Are total check was close to $170 for that I expected a five-star service and for something to taste above average. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This is our favorite restaurant in Canton. Henry makes sure everything is top notch. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is over the top. We hope you will try Prive. Five stars overall Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
