Best place for dinner/drinks if you’re a local craving for something different from the norm. Good introduction to Burmese cuisine. Service was tip top. From the chef ; chef Noom to Susan on the floor and the bartender kevin who was very very very very very very very busy but still made the effort to dish out amazing cocktails and drinks to keep us “hydrated” 10/10 would recommend. Great atmosphere and amazing food! We hosted our annual team dinner here and all my colleagues from all over Asia and US are amazed by how good the food and service are :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100

First time trying Burmese cuisine and I was genuinely blown away. We kicked things off with the short rib skewers, which were ridiculously tender with deep, savoury flavours, and the laphet hummus served with warm pita, a clever pairing that was totally addictive. For mains, the Ohn-No Khout Swel was pure comfort, with springy egg noodles swimming in a rich, coconutty chicken curry that was fragrant without being heavy. The Wet Thar Dan Bauk, a Burmese-style briyani with pork knuckle, was another standout, featuring beautifully spiced rice and melt-in-your-mouth pork that tied everything together perfectly. Walking in with zero expectations or knowledge of Burmese food, I loved discovering how it draws parallels with other Southeast Asian cuisines while still feeling very much its own thing. Shoutout to the server as well, who was super knowledgeable and helped explain the dishes, which made the whole experience even better. Would 100% recommend Club Rangoon if you’re a curious eater or just want really good food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
