I was initially going to leave a good review after the generous portions and tasty food, but after my sister-in-law had to wait 2 hours for a schnitzel we were all fed up. She ordered minutes after the rest of our group and yet nothing came out. 45 minutes after everyone finished their meals, her and a few others confronted the staff as to where her food was. They tried to excuse themselves saying they brought out schnitzels, but they had only brought 2 when there were supposed to be 3. It took them another half hour still to get it fulfilled when it should've been prioritised. Then after that, I was overcharged for "strawberry cheesecake" ($8 when the board said $6) and when it came out...it was a frozen cheesecake from Coles. And it was still frozen! Seriously!
This place needs to stop working off pen and paper and implement a digital system similar to their accompanying bar. This was so disappointing and their response to the situation was upsetting as well. She should have received a full refund for the poor treatment.
