Hi Anika, Thank you for the honest review, feedback like this is always appreciated. I remember you came in with a group and I genuinely apologize for the subpar experience with the chicken specifically. I do want to mention a few things. 1. For our brioche bun sandwiches and loaded fries, we use dark meat chicken, which can sometimes have darker pinkish or reddish areas even when fully cooked, especially near the bone/tendon areas. We always cook to a minimum of 165f to ensure all chicken is cooked and it was no different for the order we made for you and your friends! 2. Customers still have the option to get white meat for a $1 upcharge for any item that uses dark meat. We have this option because some customers prefer the more lean, tender texture and taste of white meat rather than the extra juicy, fatty dark meat. Plenty of our customers prefer the dark meat. Again, I genuinely apologize for the experience you and your friends had. If possible, we would love to invite you back for a meal on us and maybe this time we can use white meat instead to see if you prefer that more!
