I placed an online order through the restaurant for pickup. It stated the order would be ready in 25 min. I never received anything saying the order was ready. When I picked it up 25 minutes later, it was clear it had been sitting there for some time. The coating on the chicken was so hard I couldn't bite into it. French fries were cold and limp. I had to throw it away. Why didn't I receive notification that the order was ready? I suggest in the future you notify the customer if its ready before suggested time. Too bad, I was looking forward to it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I don't get to mid-town that often but Cluckers was suggested to me and it didn't disappoint! I think using thighs in lieu of tenders or a patty for the sandwich is a great idea. It was thick, juicy & freshly made. I really liked the variety of sauces they offer and the fried pickles were over flowing the basket. I went in just after they had opened thinking I'd be able to park close but still had to circle the streets & park 2 blocks away. So relax, have a beer while you're waiting and people watch through the large window at the entrance. I'll be returning here to enjoy something else off the menu with a better mindset of how to park.
