A nice local cafe in Narmak, east if Tehean. Blackberry cheese cake is fabulous. Tge quality of coffee is acceptable.The price is relatively low. Staff are nice too. Definately recommended. Meal type: Other Price per person: IRR 3–4m Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
