On arrival Richard was very welcoming he took our luggage and escorted us to our rooms for the night.
The room was extremely comfortable and we had a grear night's sleep.
The breakfast in the morning which Richard and his mum prepared was wonderful, plenty of selection & plenty of tea & Coffee!!!
Nothing was too much trouble, if we needed anything all we had do was ask.
On the day of departure Richard took our cases to the taxi for us...extremely friendly & helpful,
Definitely would recommend this to anyone...if it stays as a B & B in the very heart of Monmouth, which offers all amenities.
