So we came straight from the airport here only to find out they opened at 12:30 !! So we grabbed a snack at another one of the spots and waited for 12:30 and it was worth it!! What I hadn't anticipated was that others were waiting also. I didn't want a heavy meal so we got things we could share. The Mac & Cheese is amazing- it wasn't super saucy and had just the right amount of seasoning and the crumb topping and maple bacon was perfection embodied. The balls, crispy veggies and the sauce were amazing. The only thing that would have made this more perfect were if they had their donuts. The owner was amazing and very hospitable- she came to check in on us several times. I can't wait to come back!!

First time at Coalesce Goods and it did not disappoint! Husband is new to the plant based scene so he wasn't as excited to try it as I was but as soon as he took his first bites he was surprised how delicious and flavorful it was. We ordered the boudin balls, "tuna" bowl, and the Buffalo "chicken" Mac. The chef said it would be about 15 mins and we were fine with that, got a drink, and had a seat. After about 20 minutes, the chef came out with the boudin balls and two complimentary lagniappe breakfast tacos and explained that the rice cooker was giving her some problems and that it would be about 10 minutes more and offered a refund for the "tuna" bowl. We were willing to wait and appreciated her customer service. The food was all amazing. Husband's fav was the Buffalo "chicken" Mac with its spicy sauce and he couldn't get over how delicious it all was. I loved it all! Highly recommend.

This was everything a person could want in a vegan mac and cheese and more. I don't know what they did but it's amazing. I wish there was vegan food like this everywhere.
