I was very impressed as well with Ella and a young male staff member whom had to deal with a large family group where the children were at one table and parents at other, as i have worked in Hospitality for many years as a waitress and restaurant manager ,
my disgust was the restaurant manager whom did not come near them . .Some of the children’s behaviour was not pleasant and there parents (except a few ) were no better as they ignored the children . We are not at Chipmunks
