Cobo Restaurant is conveniently located on United Nation Avenue in Ermita, just a short stroll from the bustling United Nations metro station. This Filipino cuisine spot is nestled near several universities, making it a popular destination for students and solo diners alike. Known for its casual ambiance, Cobo Restaurant offers dining options for both lunch and dinner with the choice of takeaway or dining in.
Visitors have noted that the restaurant is often lively, especially during school days, which adds to its vibrant atmosphere. Although the aesthetic setup includes comfortable couches and ample charging sockets, service can be slow at times, and portion sizes have occasionally been described as small. On a more positive note, the restaurant's small plates and milk tea offerings appear to be well-received, particularly the Honeydew Milk Tea variations.
The restaurant operates daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, catering to both individuals and groups seeking a casual dining experience. Despite its seemingly steady clientele, it's important to note that no recent reviews or information updates are available, leaving some aspects about the current state of the restaurant uncertain. If you're looking for a place to work, relax, or enjoy a good browse with a meal, Cobo Restaurant might just be worth a visit, especially for those in the area.

The shop was crowded when I came since ot was a regular school day. The aesthetics were good, comfy couches & a lots of sockets! Which I am looking forward to use when I bring my laptop there.
However, serving of orders was quite slow. I need to follow up my order twice. Also, serving of viand (Taiwanese Curry Chicken in my case) was quite small.
Though their Honeydew Milk Tea with Green Apple Gelo tastes good! I am looking forward to taste their other milk teas! :">
