I did not visit the Cocay restaurant but you don't need to know much to realize that it is not worth visiting. I went to a conference in their meeting rooms and upon arrival the security staff were very attentive, polite and friendly, I felt very welcome at the place, but Then during the meeting, the event staff, who are quite rude and rude, lack tables and handle diplomacy better. They are providing a service to a hundred potential clients and with that attitude they ruin all the teamwork of the hotel. I really don't recommend the hotel. In terms of service and attention, they lack a lot, a lot of quality in the service, it is incredible that in a bad way they took away the water to drink and in a very rude way they almost pushed us out, in addition to a young woman with no knowledge of education, becoming insolent and rude and threatening with one of the organizers, for God's sake that is never done in the service business, it is never totally unacceptable, I am very sorry for this example of lack of respect from the event staff towards the organizers and the guests, their services are lacking in quality and tolerance I don't know what the training of these personnel is but it seems they were trained in some social rehabilitation center, very poorly educated.
