I was really disappointed with the service at Coco Bar on 17.10.2025. I ordered a smoothie that came out extremely watery and had almost no taste. When I politely told the manager and asked for a new one, she refused and was very rude about it. That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place that’s supposed to value its customers. The only positive thing I can say is that our waiter was very polite and professional, he did his best despite the situation. Unfortunately, because of the manager’s behavior, I won’t be coming back. No matter how nice the place looks, the wrong management can drive people away instantly. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
