Service is extremely terrible. There was no one at the door so we took a menu and sat down outside. After we have decided on what to eat, we realised there was no waiter around so we went inside to order food. The waiter refused to serve us because he said that ‘in italy we don’t do that’, referring to us helping ourselves to a table. Firstly, the restaurant was empty anyway and there were so many tables available. Secondly, no one was outside to serve us for a good long while. Pretty sure even italians would be ashamed of your attitude. One star is already a compliment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Most horrific non authentic Italian food. They bring embarrassment to Italians. It should be a crime to open such restaurant. Where to begin, drinks where okay but server seemed to bring it to us, Food was stale no flavor at all. We ordered mushroom chicken soup was cold and had zero flavor or indication of mushroom chicken soup. It was like warm water. Prosciutto & melons that was the only thing that was average had no presentation, prosciutto was draped over melons(rimes still on). A 5 year old can do that even better. Bruschetta- tomato had no flavor at all, had to add EVO and salt, the toast was stale Hubby ordered creamy mushroom parmigiana risotto very salty, undercooked. I ordered creamy parmigiana risotto my risotto was cold had no flavor at all and the risotto was undercooked still crunchy. Well lesson learned Should’ve checked for their ratings before dinning there. Agree with everyone’s comments and those that gave it good ratings, they haven’t tasted great Italian food. Absolutely terrible,l would avoid this restaurant. It was hard to get waitresses attention. The carbonara ordered was inedible - cold, completely unauthentic it tasted sweet like a dessert. The gnocchi was clearly from a packet. When asking the waitress if the carbonara had cream in it she said yes it did, which I stated it did not say that on the menu and she said it was mistranslated (the menu said it had eggs, pancetta, pepper, Parmesan it wasn’t mistranslated it just wasn’t in there). No apology was given and we were charged full price + a service charge despite this and barely touching the carbonara. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
