1st experience ko sa San Agustin Branch and di ko nagustuhan ung act ng isang staff na lalaki na nagtake ng orders nmn na bgla n lng kming iniwan sa counter ant tumayo sa gilid for unkown reason.. i was aking the staff if the said variant is available..Not approachable and nakakunot ang noo.. ung pag alis nya sa counter habang umoorder kmi is nkakabastos and he just stood at the side. kung di nagkakasundo ang mga staffs dun wag nila idamay ung customers.. my isang customer ang nakasaksi ng incident.. madami dn side/negative comments around the bldg about the poor service sa branch na yun.. pls do consider this.. this is a complaint.. still itinuloy ko p dn ang order ko.
