I visited the restaurant on Tuesday evening at 18:18. I ordered one salmon sandwich, two iced cappuccinos (which were very good), and cookies. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the salmon sandwich. The bread slices were large, but the salmon portion was very small and not filling. I first asked if I could change the sandwich, but the staff told me it was not possible to change the order. Then I asked if they could at least add more salmon, and they agreed. I also had to wait more than 15 minutes for the cookies, even though it was not busy at that time. When I was about to leave, I asked about my cookies, and the staff told me they had forgotten. I am very disappointed because previously the service here was very good. Visited 360 by Coco Veranda last Saturday (20th December 2025) and tried the Hot Butter Cuttlefish and a cappuccino. The Hot Butter Cuttlefish was reasonably tasty, but the portion size felt small for the price. The cappuccino was fantastic, though slightly more expensive compared to other cafés. Service was good, and there is no service charge for dine-in.
