We walked in and were instantly welcomed, with everything explained to us about how the process works. You don’t find that much nowadays, since most people in customer-facing jobs are just there to work rather than create an experience. Our cashier truly made the visit enjoyable. The bowls were pretty good overall, though I’d probably try a different combination next time. I do wish they offered a few plain base flavors instead of only the more extravagant ones. There was no music or TV playing, so the atmosphere felt a bit off. I’m not used to being able to hear conversations from across the room. It always amazes me how empty it is in Cocobowlz! Awesome treats for the price of a big ice cream but actually good for you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
