I went to Cocomo for the first time yesterday and was excited to finally give it a try. I really like their concept and how they have built a menu around coconut products while still offering a variety of different drinks. It feels fresh and a little different from the usual café experience, which I appreciated. The space itself was very clean, minimal, and intentional. It had a calm atmosphere and felt thoughtfully designed without trying too hard. Everything looked well maintained and inviting. I ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut milk. One thing I found a little disappointing was that I couldn't adjust the sweetness when ordering through the self checkout. For my taste, it ended up being a bit sweeter than I would have liked. I also had higher expectations for the quality of the matcha itself. It wasn't bad by any means, but it didn't quite have the depth of flavour or richness that I usually look for in a great matcha. Overall, I had a good experience and I'm glad I gave it a try. I can definitely see the appeal of the concept, and the space was lovely. While it probably won't become my go to spot for matcha, I'm still happy I visited and got to experience what they offer. COCOMO is a useful tool for estimating software development effort, time, and cost. It provides a structured and mathematical approach, which is helpful compared to making random guesses, especially in the early stages of a project. However, it has some limitations. The model depends heavily on estimating lines of code, which is often difficult to predict accurately. It also does not fully match modern development methods like Agile and can overlook important human factors such as team experience and communication. Overall, COCOMO is moderately effective. It works well for basic planning and academic purposes but is not always reliable for real-world, fast-changing projects. A cozy and beautifully styled café with a bright, minimalist aesthetic that makes it perfect. The sakura coconut is a standout—creamy, subtly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, delecious and the take away box really cool. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
