I love anything spicy and the sliders were perfect. Just enough spice so that you'll notice... but not enough to hurt you :) Also, the sweet potato fries were amazing -The best I've ever had. I've never liked sweet potato fries... But these were different. They had the right amount of crispness and the glaze brought everything together!

When I see "jerk" flavoring mentioned on a menu, I get a little nervous. I've had a bad experience with a jerk chicken sandwich that was so legit in it's spiciness that I couldn't even eat it! However, I gave jerk a chance at Civic Center Eats when I saw the Kuechos food truck, and I don't regret a bite! The hubby and I split the jerk chicken sliders and the jerk pork tacos. Both were delicious! Yes, they are spicy, but it's a good, flavorful heat that just adds to the deliciousness of the meats. This is some tasty stuff! The sweetness of the mango on the tacos just takes them over the top, and the sliders are delish!

We came down to Denver Beer Company today and got quesadillas, tacos, and sweet potato fries and let me say they do not disappoint. I hate sweet potatoes and demolished a whole order of their fries.the pulled pork is wonderful and the jerk seasoning is mouth watering. We talked a little bit to the owners and they are the sweetest most genuine people. I can't recommend their food enough. It was amazing.
