Horrible service, if your device will brake - be aware, this seller is not going to take the responsibility of fixing it. It is already 2 months since I sent it back to them. They won't provide any terms/dates when it is going to be fixed, you would need to call the repair service yourself. They won't care about your problems, so just a recommendation to buy elsewhere where the seller would take care of shipping and handling request on time (like, Euronics or Elkor). It is over a month now and Kafijas draugs has no idea when I'm going to get this matter resolved.

One of the most pleasant customer experiences in Riga! Friendly shop assistants, wide choice of coffee machines :) They really love what they are doing!
