this from a local; these 3 "shops" are carts that setup near each other on the main street just outside the big temple complex; they setup in the morning and are usually there until last light; the coffees they have are pretty good, cheap,fast ; the one cart has coconut juice ( not coconut milk) and some thais swear by it as a cure for a number of things, incl headaches;
