Coffee Culture has three branches that I go to frequently, and this branch is the one I go to more frequently because it is closer to the destination I want to visit! The products produced by this branch...the quality is the most unstable, the quality and quantity tend to be on the poorer side, and they are different every time! In addition, the coffee tastes terrible every time... Ordinary 3-in-1 coffee will taste better! And the environmental sanitation is average! They always do some simple cleaning when a guest asks for it! I hope this branch can make improvements! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is based on my exp from last visit couple of weeks back. I used to go regularly there whenever I want to have real coffee exp. But last time was very disappointing, and I will never go again paying extra money to get worse service than TH. Last time they didn't even bother to ask if I want to have it in a proper cup or paper cup, even Cappuccino was served in a paper cup to my wife. But this is unacceptable if you really call yourself a premium coffee place. It's not only the quality of coffee but also the service which makes your coffee exp unique. Give some training to your staff pls. Service: Dine in Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'm a regular. With a lovely staff of caring, interesting people Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery at 515 Lakeshore Rd E. fulfils the ideal coffee consumption/ study space experience. I cannot recommend this specific location enough. As a design student who frequents coffee shops all around the GTA the folks over at 515 Lakeshore Rd E. Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery go above and beyond, they provide an abundance of seating arrangements with an overwhelmingly clean space overall, they're constantly on their feet serving customer needs. The staff are very human, from the handful of conversations I've had with them they have expressed interest in my work, day-to-day, and shared themselves, and their experiences, with me. Management should be proud. I am gluten-free (not by choice) and where they don't have a wide variety of food options for me they have accommodated to my allergy where they can, and have even taken steps to interest me in their limited dietary options. I always leave feeling much fuller than when I enter. Thank you folks for filling my interactions with diverse conversation, my time with a safe, comfortable space, and my table with lots and lots of great eats/ drinks.There are a handful of employee's who really stick out. To those of you who know, you know. Thank you for existing and providing such a welcome dining experience. If you haven't heard it enough, I'd like to express that here :)Y'all are amazing and I am forever grateful for the experience(s) - thank you for fueling my caffeine intake LOL.Sincerely,Mini Egg Latte
