The owner is very sweet and creates an uplifting atmosphere for his employees, and for me who was sitting nearby thinking how wonderful that although super busy everyone is having a good time working. Napoletan pasta was one of the best I had in Japan over the years I've been here. The coffee also very good. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
