Tea was lovely and cake average. Service appalling. Waited 45 minutes for my son’s meal and then had to ask for it to take away as we were out of time. Waited another 10 minutes - for a panini for goodness sake. Waitress mucked up 2 other orders that I saw. She appeared completely disinterested. First time there. Won’t be back.
