After watching Else-Lasker-Schuler-Denkmal, have a meal at Coffee MIO3. Italian cuisine is to visitors' taste at this cafe. Here you will be offered good chicken. Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked bagels. A selection of great cappuccino is offered to guests.

The food and service are nice but the people who sit just outside the door and smoke ruin the experience, because their smoke enters right inside into the non-smoking area, also because they keep the main door wide open. There was a girl yesterday sitting on the table right on the open door with her hand/ cigarette literally inside the place. There was a baby inside and It smelled like smoke and we had to leave.

Very rude staff and they kicked us out and just said, “no coffee anymore”, in a cafe where it’s named Coffee MIO3 but no coffee. And then also because we arrived at 19.20 when they are closing at 20.00. When we just wanted to drink coffee and leave. I know there are cafes/restaurants etc who are strict with closing time but this is uncalled for to kick us out at 19.20. How much time does someone really need to drink coffee? And did not even said sorry or was apologetic to us when they said that. Just plain “no coffee anymore”. So we left, transferred to another cafe that is also closing at 20.00 and when we arrived we asked if they can still accept us and they gladly said “Ofcourse! You can still order”. Yes, we will go to a different cafe then where the staff won’t be rude. Anyways, there are alot in Wuppertal where we can go. But if you continue like this then what are the chances you will gain more customers? Btw, they let us walk upstairs, check the cake etc. and sit down, waited for the waitress to GET our orders and the minute I said “1 Cappuccino for me please” then she said right away “no coffee anymore”. Not even apologetic nor nice. How can a cafe not have coffee at 19.20 when there were even just 2 customers when we arrived? Or if you don’t take coffee orders anymore, how long does it really take to make coffee and for customers to drink it? If and so, should already advise us right away when we were in front the cashier area but did not said any word to us. We were there already for more than 5 minutes until the waitress went to us. And am pretty sure I will also get a rude reply here, same as some of the replies given to the other comments here. Should also take comments and criticisms constructively so you can improve.
