Coffee Mikado is pretty near Koto-ji Temple. The staff is accommodating that's what makes this cafe so nice. Fast service is something clients agree upon here. The woman in charge told me I could not sit at the table I first chose. Then after I lit my pipe she told me that pipe and cigars were not allowed although there was no sign saying so. I wish I never went there. I will never go back. There are more friendly cafes in Kinshicho (Roje for example) which let you sit where you want and smoke what you want. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Atmosphere: 1
