Wouldn’t recommend. We did the drive through and it took us almost half an hour to get our orders. We placed our order at the microphone and then when we went to the next window to pick it up, they repeated our order to us- the wait then started for them to get started on making our coffees. They also charged us for simple syrup- 50 cents for a pump. What? Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1

We apologize for your experience. All of our food is made fresh to order, and the sugar charge sounds like a mistake on our part. Could you please let us know the date and approximate time of your visit so we can address this with our team, improve our training, and ensure it doesn't happen again? We'd appreciate the opportunity to earn your business back. Please download our app and send us a DM so we can make things right. I love this place ever since I got the milk tea boba I been in love. Sadly this is the only one close to my house and I wish they would open more stores closer to neighborhoods. Either way I always crave their coffees and their food is so good. Every employee is very kind and always treat you with respect. The service was HORRIBLE. There were 4 employees working and had no idea what they were doing. It took 30 mins for ONE matcha latte. The employee’s assembly line was a mess. Do better Coffee Nutzz and train your employees longer. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
