Parking: There is street parking available in front, no parking meters. In the rear of the building there is about 10 spots five on each side, right off that parking lot you can enter the restaurant. The front or back doors are not automatic but they are wheelchair accessible .if in a chair I would suggest going in the back entrance it would be more comfortable, because in the front there are booths and in the back there are tables but I'm confident in saying either way somebody that is Handy capable would be ok. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sausage Gravy on Home Fries, Toast Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking

Great little simple breakfast place located in historic downtown Barberton. Locals enjoy this place and I can see why. Good hearty food. I recommend the pancakes they are really good. It's not a glamorous place, it's just a simple sit-down. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My dad and I both went to the Coffee Pot this morning for some breakfast. We have not been there for about a decade and went there for nostalgia and past good experiences. When we went there a decade ago they had good food and were very friendly. This time was a complete 180 from the last time. My dad had sausage, eggs and toast while I had bacon, eggs, and pancakes. His eggs were over easy while mine was scrambled. We both had negative opinions on all the food we received. Food tasted very dated. My dad stopped early during his meal. I ate the bacon and eggs but was hardly able to eat the pancakes. A little after we stopped eating the waitress asked how everything was. My dad was honest and told her the food was not good. The waitress was nice and apologized. She asked if there was anything she could do. We said there was nothing she could do and just waited for the check. While waiting for the check, my dad had to get up and run to the bathroom to vomit where the whole back room could hear. Waitress came back with the check and we went to the front to pay. While paying, my dad stated that we would need the check and that the food made him sick. Instead of being apologetic, the women at the front desk said "whatever" and dismissed that the food made my dad sick. I called her out on this but again instead of apologizing, she threw the receipt at my dad and threw us out. While signing the check, we continued to argue. There was another women behind the counter whole joined in the argument. They said that we had eaten half of the food. One, my dad did not eat half of the food he ate and even if he did it does not excuse the food making him sick. The only way this line would work is if he had gorged himself and ate more than he could handle, which was by far not the case. It was the foods lack of quality that made him sick. We even mentioned that he had threw up in the bathroom. We left after I was able to sign the check. They were told that the food made one of their customers sick and instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they acted like they did not care that the food made my dad sick. There was not discount on the food and I paid full price a meal that made my dad sick. My dad ended up in the emergency after eating at this place.
