Unprofessional service, long waiting time and inedible food. Was told to sit on a bar table - understandable as it was a busy weekend lunch hour Asked to pay by cash although there’s an octopus payment option - that’s fine. I got cash. Coffee came first and had been waiting for almost an hour just for a chicken bagel - I asked myself to be patient as I could see they got lots of takeaway orders. Obviously they didn’t have enough staff to cover. That’s fine at that point Food came. The bagel was as hard as a rock. Basically you can’t cut by the cutlery knife. That was totally inedible! Also, it was spread with mayo but was not stated on the menu (only with mustard). Only a few thin pieces of chicken breast. No salad on the side.Almost $80 for that. That’s totally unreasonable! No apologies for a long waiting time. I felt like being ignored. They even put the preparing takeaway orders in front of me on the bar table while I was waiting for food.
