I ordered 2 lattes at the cafe - $5.99 and one Frappuccino - $6.99. Caffe latte made with whole milk is watery and does not have a coffee taste. It was probably heavily diluted with water. The cafe's almond milk latte without almond milk, with almond cream and artificial flavors is very sweet, even though we asked for no sugar. Frappuccinos are also based on artificial flavors with huge amounts of sugar. We wasted $23.50 because this liquid is undrinkable and we threw it away. At any gas station for much less money, for about 2 dollars, you can buy coffee of even better taste and quality. Recommendation for the owner: do not be greedy and do not dilute the coffee with water, do not use chemical flavoring additives. For example, go to Starbucks to understand what kind of coffee it should be, although Starbucks does not make the best coffee because your price is similar. I’m from Texas and I specifically look for good coffee places while traveling! The coffee and conversation was amazing here! Gracie, Bryan and Natalia were all so kind! I tried iced and frappe and both were amazing! They also had drip coffee and the espresso is high quality! If you’re looking for a stop in Gatlinburg I would check it out!! When i go on vacation, i love to find new coffee places. Walking on the main drag of Gatlinburg, got my first mocha at Coffee Shack. Considering it was in the middle of a tourist area, the pricing was very reasonable. The coffee matters most at a coffee bar. Coffee here was really good. The young lady serving me was friendly, efficient, and, again, made a great mocha. Great location, great service, and great coffee. Coffee shack is a winner.
